We had it on the Patio at The Brick in Marysville. It is so pretty there!

It was so great to see my friends, family and family friends!

"Life is Like a Box of Chocolates...You Never Know What You Are Going to Get"

So Cocoa Bella Chocolates is one of my most favorite chocolate stores!

I just love going to Cocoa Bella and I always get the yummy mushroom that is in the bottom right corner! It is so delish! It has caramel and vanilla and some delicious crunchy thing inside.

What I love about chocolates is seriously unless you have had them before you never know what you are going to get! It can be surprise and delight or surprise and yuck I am throwing it away!

Life has a way of being the same way...you just don't know what you are going to get!

Sometimes you are surprised and delighted and other times you are surprised and shocked, or surprised and disappointed! I tend to gravitate towards SURPRISE and DELIGHT! 

However we all know that life isn't always that way but we take the good with the bad!

As Always I prefer the GOOD!!!

So Tell Me...What is your favorite Chocolate?

Last night Nick and I went to Winters to see Emarie and Nick. Next weekend Emarie and Nick are getting married in Winters! It is going to be the EVENT OF THE YEAR! Em is transforming a walnut orchard into her wedding reception! I cannot wait share all the photos! I am so excited!

So I met with Emarie yesterday as I am going to help her with her wedding and coordinate it for her! I couldn't let her pay for someone to do this when this is what I do for a living! Plus she is one of my BESTEST friends!

So we went and walked the venue which is stunning and then Nick & Emarie, Phoebe and her Nick and Nick and I picked up Meika Em's sister in Davis and went to Sophias (FABULOUS THAI FOOD IN DAVIS) and had dinner and some cocktails! It was such a great night and it was so great to be with our friends! 

Em & Nick...My Nick and I are so excited for you two and so happy to have you as our very dear friends! We can't wait to share your special day with you next weekend!!!

Project Runway....Yuba City...OH MY

So yesterday I was reading Amy F's Blog and she noticed one of the girls from Project Runway was a girl she knew from Yuba City...anyway...I thought it was so funny because no matter how small our town use to be or still is someone or something has a connection to Yuba City, California! It just cracks me up! So it is so fun when you see someone from Yuba City out there and doing something fun, successful, etc....anyway...I know this season I will be rooting from the girl from Yuba City...Go Leanne!

Where has the time gone?

Well it has been forever since I have posted. 

Not a whole lot to say! Nick and I just got back from Colorado! Our last trip before the wedding! Hopefully we have gotten everything we need to done!

If not oh-well! HA

I have had the flu the last few days so that hasn't been fun but other than that just weddings, weddings, weddings! Tis the season!!!

I think I have 30 left to go this year! Aye Aye Aye...

I am so lucky that you are my DAD!

Last night my mom, dad and I met in Winters, California Yes, you heard me correctly WINTERS...there is a town in California named that and they are known for the Buckhorn Restaurant. My very dear friend Emarie her family owns the Buckhorn and it is oh so fabulous!!! We had such a great dinner and such a fun time! It truly is the 1/2 way mark between Yuba City and Sonoma! So if you are ever on the 505 I encourage you to pull of in Winters and try the Buckhorn! You will go back!

Anyway...I just want to tell you Dad how much I love you and how proud I am to be your daughter. You are an amazing person and so strong and so insightful! You always find the good in things and that is amazing to me! You also have a way of calming me down when I get all riled up which we know can happen "sometimes" ha ha. You are an amazing business man and you are so smart!  I have to say that some of my business Savvy has to come from you! You are always encouraging in everything I do even if you don't think it is something worth doing you explain why and back it up with your experience and expertise. Most of the time you are right but sometimes I am right too! HA HA

But Most of All you are my dad and I am thankful for you and to have you in my life!

I don't know what I would do without you!

I hope you have a fabulous day and year and I am so looking forward to September 21st when you get to walk me down the aisle for my wedding!!! I am sure we will both shed some tears!!!
