Life is Amazing.....

Ok...So I have no pictures to post...but only words to share....
Life is so interesting....It is so right on!
I truly believe what you put out you will get back...hence the "SECRET"

My Life Today....AKA MY DAY...MY LIFE
Let me know if you ever feel this way....

OVERWHELMED
Don't know what end is up?
Is there really a light at the end of the tunnel?
Does anyone know how I feel?
Can this really be happening?
Am I the only one that feels this way?
So much to do....so little time?
Is this stack of paper ever going to go away?
Are there really enough hours in the day?
How many files do I have to have to consider myself organized?
Everytime I think I am getting ahead something pops UP and I am behind..yet again.....

Ok...so here I am...today I came off of a week of a very HIGH END wedding.....probably a million dollar wedding in total cost...and I had to be on at all times and truly had to put everything else on the back burner. I took one day off Monday to help Nick out around the house and then came into work today to about 10 brides that needed my undivided attention and there seriously was not enough hours in my day...then I had an event tonight for my Event Planner Group and that was organized haphazardly...not because of me because I believe there were too many hands in the pot....and of course I pulled the event off after about 5 million changes...but the key to the event was the key note speaker and she spoke all about being organized! IMAGINE THAT!!! She was amazing and just when i was asking the universe to help me have better time management and better organizational skills....Lanna walks into my life...I am sure not by chance or accident....It is amazing if you ask for it, it will come........TAKE NOTE OF THIS!!! ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT...You will recieve it.....

Anyway......as of tonight I am no more organized than I was 6 hours ago...but I hope I gained a few more tools from Lanna and tomorrow is a new day and I hope to utilize those tools....and in the midst of all these words and if you are still reading the one most important thing I learned tonight is this:
SCHEDULE ON YOUR CALENDAR TO ORGANIZE! YOU SCHEDULE EVERYTHING ELSE SCHEDULE THIS!!!!
and
We Don't Plan to Fail we Fail to Plan!!!

Ok...and for those of you still reading here are some key tips she said tonight:

Do the right thing at the right time!
Put Organizing on your Calendar!
When Organizing start with CURRENT items...and work back...if you start with things in the past you will never get to things in the future
Start Small Start Easy
When in Doubt TOSS...This is huge for me because I attach things I have with emotion...i.e. the pen someone gave me I don't get rid of even though I have 5000 pens! I hold on to it because it has emotion attached to it!!!!

You might want to pick up the book "First Things First" It's one of the best organizational books I've read. It's one of the 7 Habits (of Highly Effective People)
