So today I went on to SHOES.COM and low and behold I came across REEBOK high tops! Can you even believe this? SO Hilarious!! I thought they were a thing of the past and left in the 80's but like bell bottoms they are trying to make a come back! They even have the 80's 25th Anniversary pair as pictured above! So hilarious! It brought me back to my days of Guess Jeans with Zippers, Scrunchy Socks, and my COVETED pair of Reebok High Tops!

What are they going to bring back next?

Tonight I was able to talk to my sister and her husband and we had so much fun!

It is so great because you can talk through your computer like a phone but see the person you are talking to! I so felt like I was in Ohio with them!

It does make you miss the person more but it is so fun!

A Nice Fall Sunday

Unfortunately I don't have any photos....

but Nick and I have been busy!

Nick's last day at The Carneros Inn was yesterday!!!

He has 10 days off before he starts his new job!

Today was so nice....I haven't been feeling so well so I have been trying to get some rest!

We went for a really nice walk today and looked at some houses! I love going to open houses!

It was fun...all the houses we looked at were 200,000-300,000 less than when they were first on the market! Can you believe it? That is huge! The Realtors would say the price on the paper is more than what you can offer so if you want to make an offer let us know! We just laughed! It is amazing how much home prices have come down! We are going to hold out a little longer! I think a year from now or 9 months from now will be the best time to buy!!

Now we are just at home watching football and hanging out! It is such a beautiful day.

We went to Half Moon Bay a few weeks ago and went to the Pumpkin Patch! I have some photos but I have to download them! I will do it soon!

Nick has a NEW JOB!

He is the General Manager/Maitre D'

of Masa's Restaurant in San Francisco!

Masa's is one of the TOP restaurants in the city!

This is so exciting! If any of you have met Nick you know that he is an extremely hard worker and gives everything 200% well it has paid off for him and I am so PROUD of him!

This is such a huge accomplishment for him! I know he is going to do a fabulous job and exceed all their expectations! Nick is so passionate about food and beverage and he never ceases to amaze me with his abilities and skills in food and beverage! He so deserves this!

I love you so much husband aka sweets and I know you are going to blow their socks off!

Nicks' last day with Plumpjack is next Friday and then he starts his new job on the 28th of October!!!

p.s. I bought Nick and iphone for his birthday/celebration gift and he is so addicted to it! I can't believe it! It is so funny! I can't believe Nick has an iphone before me! He loves his iphone!!! I want one so bad now! I have to wait till December 28th though to get mine! UGHHHH...

Just know that on the 28th of December I will be blogging about my iphone :) :)
